Interior model

The interior model is a realistic - although not 100 % accurate - rendering of a real 35J cockpit. Some guesswork was necessary where information was missing, and a few compromises were made to prevent some panels and switches from being obscured.

MISSING GRAPHIC: ../graphics/210331-1108a.jpg

The radar included in this model is a very rough approximation of the Ericsson PS-011/A and not intended to simulate the functionality of the real thing. Implementing a real targeting radar and weapons delivery system is beyond the scope of this project.

All other instruments and systems have been modeled to be as close to the real thing as possible within the limitations of Prepar3D.

Exterior model

The exterior models and texture sets in this installation package include four distinguished aircraft from the 10th Swedish Air Force wing (F10) in Ängelholm, Sweden:

Repaint kit

A repaint kit for this model is available as a free download on our website. The repaint kit consists of two multi-layered PSD files and two custom fonts for lettering.

MISSING GRAPHIC: ../graphics/35oe_repaint_kit.jpg

When creating textures with the repaint kit you may find that the texture mapping of the model is not optimal. You are welcome to send us suggestions on how to improve this.

Custom fonts

The two included TrueType fonts are used by the repaintkit and should be installed on your system before you open the PSD files.

Please note that the EULA also applies to the fonts. You are not allowed to distribute the fonts or use them for commercial purposes without our consent.

FV F1281

Swedish Air Force standard lettering, ca. 1964 (mil standard F1281). Used mainly for division numbers and lettering on the fuselage.

FV Justusson

Modular numerals intended for the large vinyl-film identification numbers on the wings. Named after Sverker Justusson who invented this system in 1977.
